Belfer Center experts weigh Mikhail Gorbachev’s legacy
Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, who is known for ending the Cold War, presiding over the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and changing the map of Europe, died on August 30 at the age of 91.
