New Service: Peer Writing Tutors 📝
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Peer Writing Tutors program! Tutors will provide individualized support for HKS students working on writing projects. They are trained by an HKS faculty member to help bring out the best writing in their peers through one-on-one workshopping.
While Tutors are not copy editors or proofreaders, they can help you self-edit for clarity, concision, and style, and structure an argument to present your ideas effectively.
Tutors are available for limited hours Monday - Friday, February 6 - May 12. Find details and make an appointment in Knet (HarvardKey required).

New Book Display: Black History Month 📚
Our February book display celebrates Black History Month. The 2023 theme is Black Resistance, as designated by the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH).
The display reflects this theme, with texts that recount struggles for Black self-determination in the U.S. from rebellions of enslaved people to the Civil Rights and Black Power movements to Black Lives Matter and beyond. Several of the books in this display are drawn from the African American Intellectual History Society's #Charlestonsyllabus.
The display also features selections from our Political Buttons Collection, and relevant resources and initiatives from HKS, Harvard Library, and Harvard University.
Donate used books 📖
So many books, never gonna read 'em? (Believe us, we get it.) Bring your gently used books to the HKS Library! We'll put them on our Free Books cart for others to take and enjoy.
