CPL FELLOWS RETREAT 2023

As academic year 2023-2024 gets underway, CPL fellows, alumni, faculty, and staff gathered together in western Massachusetts to participate in a beginning of the year retreat. They all engaged in community building activities, workshops, and panels focused on self-reflection, relationship-building, rest, and restoration. The retreat offered fellows the opportunity to connect with one another and set intentions for the semester. Click here to meet our fellows!

Fall 2023 Co-Curricular Programs

The offerings for the fall 2023 Co-Curricular Program are now live! These offerings are open to all Harvard students looking to develop their capacity for principled and effective public leadership, through reflective, interactive, and experiential methods on campus.

Rewriting Happiness

Oprah Winfrey and Arthur Brooks joined in conversation at Harvard Business School to discuss their new book, Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier. Read more to learn about their perspective on happiness and how we can feel happier.

Alumni Reunion

Fellows are invited to join the 2023 Alumni Reunion on Saturday, October 21! We hope you can join us for a masterclass with Ronald Heifetz, alumni panels, lunch breakout sessions with alumni, as well as a fireside chat with former CPL Director David Gergen and Gov. Deval Patrick, followed by a closing reception with food and drink in the Wexner Commons.

Negotiation Coaching Clinic

The Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory is offering a Negotiation Coaching clinic! This two-day workshop, led by Monica Giannone, provides hands-on experience with negotiation. Applications close on October 3.
