New Book Display: Equality at Every Size 📚
The HKS Library's August book display explores the theme Equality at Every Size. This type of activism seeks to challenge sizeism, the mistreatment of and discrimination against people based on their perceived body size, weight, or shape.
This display features books on the experiences of people who identify as fat, and on the politics, activism, and sociology of weight.
Special thanks to Sarah McClain, Faculty Assistant at HKS, who first envisioned the display, led its curation, and offered key insights at every stage in its creation.
Explore the display online or in person in the HKS Library. | | | |
